As customers ourselves, we want to offer the same service, as we would expect. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know immediately. (Don’t tell anyone else! Come to us first.) If our service is good – tell as many people as you can!

Postage and packing

Our prices show UK wide delivery. For International Delivery please get in touch.

Payment & pricing

We currently take payment through Paypal. If you don’t have such an account it is very easy to set up. You can also pay by cheque. Products are not despatched until the cheque payment has cleared so please allow 5 working days for your cheque to go through the banking system.

 If paying by cheque please email us with your order details and include your mailing address. We will reply with an invoice of your Grand Total that you can print out and send with your payment. Send payments to: Najla Dreams, Tregaer, Caroline Street, Forres, Moray, Scotland. IV36 1AN

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£).

We aim to despatch all paid orders (excluding custom orders) within 3 working days. Sometimes things can happen that are beyond our control. If for some reason you don't receive your parcel within 14 working days of despatch, please contact us.

If you're not satisfied, you get your money back! We will refund any stock item you have bought through our web site or by mail order that you are not happy with within 7 days of you receiving it.  We ask that you look after the item so that it can still be sold to another customer.   Returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery so that they can be tracked in event of loss. We do not refund your postage costs to return the item.

Custom orders are orders made to your specification. For example, items made to specific requirements such as design, alteration or custom colour may not be returned for refund.

Measurements

To make sure you order the right size please see our measurements guide helpful hints. If in doubt please email us so we can assist you in the ordering process.   If your measurements are not accurate, you haven’t paid attention to our notes, you haven’t sent us all the information we need,  or if you gain or lose weight & your measurements change before or after completion of the garment,

 Standard sizes are made to fit the measurements stated for that piece. To make sure you order the right size please see our measurements guide helpful hints. There you will find detailed instructions on how to take your measurements and our measurement descriptions. If in doubt please email us so we can assist you in the ordering process. Product availability

If the product is shown as available, we have it in stock. Some products may be temporarily out of stock but can still be ordered; you can email us to check and order, and we'll send them to you when they come in. 

Privacy & security

We handle any personal information that you send to with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We will NEVER sell or give information to any third party without your permission.

You can choose to be sent emails of updates and news from our web site. These addresses are used for our marketing purposes only. You can request that we stop sending you updates by sending an email to us with UNSUBSCRIBE in the header.

If you have any comments, questions, concerns, ideas, or would just like to get in touch, please contact us. We will normally get back to you within 24 hours.

We don’t have a local shop although we often have a stall at local Haflas and events. However if you will be in Moray we would love to meet you. We are currently located in Forres. Feel free to send us an email, if you don’t hear back it means we are most likely away performing or looking for inspiration.
