To fit Waist 28"-42" Length 34 1/2" - Panne Velvet Skirt finished with serged seams, and elasticated waist. The hem measures approximately 7.5 - 8yds. A great skirt for any dancer, soft to the touch and so easy to wear. These velvet skirts don't crush; are machine-washable, and can be tumble dryed at a low temperature. They always come up looking great!
